Basch averted his gaze, clearing his throat slightly before giving Fran a polite smile. "I shall go and accompany Balthier. I'm sure I can be useful..." He turned then, heading inside the airship, standing behind Balthier, resting a hand on his shoulder.

"You certainly got your payoff from Her Majesty."
