The general rolled his eyes as he flicked his hand, the action tossing a Blizzard at the fireball to negate it. He simply stood there with his arms folded, not drawing his blade. He didn't want to bring the weapon to bear at least until he was sure he needed it.
He knew better than to underestimate an opponent, though, so his left hand stayed curled so it could hold the hilt tight when it came time.
"Yes, I suppose it will be." he lightly tapped his right hand's fingers on his left bicep. So far it seemed a good idea to let Kefka start the offensive. He could get a better feel for what he'd have to deal with that way.
