Trying to find a meeting place was always such a terrible bore. Even worse when one was injured and couldn't walk very far without sending jolts of pain through the body. Such was the case for Sephiroth. His battle, and the utterly embarrassing defeat that ensued, with Kefka had left him battered, bruised, and altogether wanting to just lie down in bed and sleep. The very worst of it had healed due to doing just that, resting, and swallowing several Hi-Potions in the relative safety of his own base.

Finally he crested the hill and found the Zanarkand Ruins stretched out before him. A light smirk crossed his face, and he let his single wing slide out from his back. Thankfully the extra limb had avoided severe damage in the battle, but using it put a lot of uneeded strain on the right side of his body, the side most heavily wounded.
