Quistis turned sharply to Squall, eyes narrowed as she spoke in almost a maternal way. Slightly flustered, she turned back to Rikku, though not without flashing a quick look at Seifer.
"Nice to meet you, Rikku. My name is Quistis Trepe, and while these two are bickering I'd like to formally welcome you to Balamb Garden."
That gentle smile returned, and she stretched out her hand to Rikku.
