The Leading Man strolled into the Sandsea, smiling at the sight of Penelo bent over, scrubbing a table clean. He moved easily up behind her, leaning over her back with a hand on her waist as he made to speak in her ear. "Busy much, my dear?" He all but purred.
Penelo squeaked, jumping a little with a bright blush. "You made me jump!" She said, smiling a little, wriggling from him to stand up straight. She was wearing a longer t-shirt than usual, long enough to cover her stomach. "What's up?" She asked, smiling up at Balthier.
Balthier crossed his arms, smiling slightly as he did. "I require your assistance. Now, I can't say that this little adventure shall be done quickly, but I require a woman's touch that Fran cannot give." A smirk came to his lips at his own innuendo.
Penelo couldn't help but blush at Balthier's words, her arms folding over her stomach. "Are... are you sure I'm the girl to be asking?"
Balthier laughed slightly, resting his hands on his hips instead. "I am afraid you are the only girl I want." He was thoroughly enjoying running her around the bases like this.
Penelo squeaked again, blushing brighter. "I do hope you aren't suggesting anything untoward, Sky Pirate! I am a very taken woman, I'll have you know!!"
"Actually, my dear, I am asking for you to accompany me while I somehow decide upon what to wear to my wedding." He smirked, crossing his arms.
"Wedding?? You and Fran are finally getting married?! Ohmigosh!!!" Penelo almost squealed, covering her mouth with her hands.
Balthier laughed and nodded slightly. "We believed it would be an appropriate step, yes." He chuckled and offered her his arm. "Shall we?"
Penelo looped her arm around Balthier's, blushing bright. Just being near the infamous pirate caused her to blush and swoon, even after all this time.
Balthier smiled and kissed the top of her head; soon leading her out of the inn and towards a shop he had in mind, almost showing her off to the rest of the city.
Penelo walked happily at Balthier's side. Enjoying all the attention. "So... where are you getting married? When? Is it going to big and flashy? Oh wow! I bet it'll be bigger than Ashe's wedding!!"
"To answer your questions in that succession, I'd have to say... I do not know, soon and... probably." He chuckled lightly. "I don't know about it being bigger than Ashe's wedding, though..."
"Oh! I can just picture it! Parades! Oh!! Moogles! Nono and Gero could dance up front!!" The girl gushed, smiling so bright.
Balthier gave a slight laugh. "Oh, Penelo... you've obviously never been to a pirate wedding. Come to think of it, I've only ever been to two..." He chuckled a little. "They are certainly more... rough around the edges than royal weddings."
The girl wrinkled her nose up. "Is there going to be a lot of alcohol? Alcohol is bad...

The girl wrinkled her nose up. "Is there going to be a lot of alcohol? Alcohol is bad... <I?really</I> bad. You do silly things when drunk..."
"Personally I, or are we talking generally here? Alcohol will obviously be free flowing, my dear. Most will be half-cut before the ceremony even begins." He replied, watching her as they walked.
"Just generally..." Penelo murmured, rubbing her stomach. "Oh well, I guess it'll still be fun! I'll just have to lay off the alcohol! Ohhhhh is Fran going to be wearing a pretty dress?"
"I assume so. She has your man with her now." He chuckled slightly, soon holding the door to a shop open for her. Inside were clothes of the finest deigns, all for men but men of a higher quality and taste.
"Hehe, 'my man'." Penelo repeated with a giggle. "He's not so much of a man really. But I like him just the way he is!" She hopped up the step into the shop, giving a low whistle. "Wooooah. I think I just walked into Balthier World!"
Balthier laughed a little as she spoke of Vaan before shaking his head with a chuckle. "Hardly, my dear. These are pre-made, off the rack designs. What I plan for is something custom made. I am an original, after all." He smirked suavely at her before heading towards the counter.
Penelo gasped. "Custom made? From here? Are you trading in the Strahl as payment?" She asked, looking at a few of the price tags.
"My dear, I am <I>Archadian</I>. I have wealth far beyond the price tags on these things." He smirked at her again before crossing his arms on the counter, leaning down on it, his backside jutted out a little. "I assume you know who I am. I'd honestly love it if you fetched your manager, my dear." He purred at the girl at the counter. Within seconds, she scurried off out the back, giggling and blushing.
Penelo couldn't help but steal a peek at Balthier's rear, nibbling her bottom lip as she forced herself to look away, blushing bright, folding her arms behind herself to stop her giving it a sharp smack.
The pirate shifted his weight, his hips moving slightly, swaying his behind a little as he rested his chin on his hand, waiting for the manager to come out, totally oblivious to Penelo's peeking.
Penelo bit her lip harder, unable to resist the urge anymore. She swiped the back of her hand against Balthier's rear, before folding her arms behind her once more, giving an innocent whistle.
At that, he gave a jerk and a slight moan. Spanking was, after all, a kink of his. "...if you'd like a feel, let me know. I don't charge." He drawled, looking over his shoulder at her with rather a seductive expression. A moment later he glanced away as the manager appeared.
"Ah, Master Bunansa, how can I be of assistance?" He smiled broadly at the pirate, knowing the Archadian was worth more than his entire shop.
Balthier straightened, resting his hands on the counter. "I need a suit. Your finest. None of these ready-made monstrosities will work. This must be your best work."
Penelo blushed bright at Balthier's words and gaze. She rocked on her feet, listening to him speak with the manager. "He needs a suit for a wedding!" The teen chimed in.
"A wedding!! Oh glorious!" He almost skipped around the counter, patting Penelo's head once, grinning widely as he took Balthier's hand, guiding him towards a back room.
Balthier swiftly snatched hold of Penelo's hand and whisked her along with them, not wanting the girl to have to wait in a shop full of rich older men.
Penelo gave a slight huff to the head petting. She squeaked as she was whisked along, blushing a little at Balthier.
The manager took them into a room that looked more like a hotel lounge than anything. There were leather and velvet sofas, dark wood floors and deep burgundy curtains and drapes. There was a chandelier hung from the ceiling and refreshments offered on a table. "Right, Sky Pirate, off with the battle gear. We shall take your measurements, hm?"
Balthier chuckled and began to remove the cromed leather vest he wore, tossing it onto a small sofa, continuing to his shirt with a rather seductive glance towards the teen.
Penelo blushed bright, moving over to the refreshments table to distract her. She picked some food, before moving to sit on one of the sofas, wolf whistling at Balthier. "Is it all coming off?"
The manager laughed slightly. "To his underwear, little missy. You can't take a person's real measurements when they've a layer of clothing over the top."
Balthier smirked at Penelo, removing his shirt; glad he'd dressed his wounds with clean bandages that morning. He tossed the shirt aside as he kicked off his shoes, moving to unfasten his pants. "It is not often I strip without plans to sleep or screw; think yourself lucky, Penelo." He teased.
Penelo gave a soft giggle. "Aw, too bad! I guess I'll just have to make do with the view, then." She teased, frowning a little at all the bandages.
The manager whipped out his tape measure, smiling brightly, obviously glad to get to see this show, too.
The pirate shimmied out of his pants and rested a hand on his hip. "I'd appreciate it if you'd keep that sorrow filled frown to yourself, little girl." He murmured to Penelo.
Penelo huffed. "Hey!! I'm not a little girl! I'm a Sky Pirate!" She replied, smiling confidently, almost smirking back at Balthier.
Balthier quirked a neat eyebrow, moving to stand in front of her, resting one foot on the seat beside her, his tight black boxers stretched over his flaccid package. "You, my dear, are a pretty little girl. You are a Pirate without a Sky, sugar." He teased, purring the words.
The manager seemed to blush at the sight of Balthier in just his underwear, soon taking a long gulp of water from a nearby glass.
Penelo blushed bright at the closeness, chewing her lip a little, half staring at Balthier's package before shifting her gaze up to his face. "Well... I will have a sky as soon as I find a way to Balfonheim."
Balthier shifted to sit beside her, kicking his legs up across her lap, folding his healthy arm behind his head. "You need a way to Balfonheim? I can provide that."
"I couldn't ask it of you! You and Fran... you have the wedding to plan and and... everything else..." She murmured, mumbling the last few words.
Balthier shook his head, giving her cheek a nudge with his foot. A foot which was in as pristine a condition as the rest of his body. "Silly girl. You are a dear friend. It is what we do, hm?" At that, he moved to stand, letting the manager begin his work.
Penelo squeaked and giggled a little, before smiling at Balthier. "Only if you have time..." She wriggled a little, watching him. "I finally saved up enough gil to buy Vaan's ship!"
Balthier watched the manager to be sure he wasn't just ogling him, smiling at Penelo's words. "You're too good to him, Penelo. The boy does not deserve a girl as wonderful as you."
The manager measured the pirate's torso before shifting to his knees, blushing as he was crotch-level, beginning to measure Balthier's inner leg.
Penelo couldn't help but giggle at the sight of the manager on his knees in front of Balthier. She covered her mouth to hide it, eyes shining. "He's good to me too. He looks after me."
"Mm, I know he does. I heard about your little... adventure after my birthday party." He chuckled, resting his hands on his hips, giving a slight jerk as the man nudged his package with the back of his hand 'accidentally'.
Penelo blushed bright. "Oh no... What have you heard??" She asked, burying her head in her hands. "How embarrassing..."
Balthier laughed lightly, smiling at the teen. "I just heard that you and he finally... consummated your relationship." He chuckled slightly. "Did you take my advice or was it alcohol that aided you?"
"I... think the alcohol did most of the work. I seemed to flop on the bed and then..." She flushed brightly, coughing to clear her throat.
"And then?" He gave her a flirty smirk, stepping back as the manager left the room to go and take the measurements for reference. The pirate seated himself beside Penelo, completely unashamed to be almost naked.
Penelo blushed more. "Well... we kissed and stuff, and it was really nice, and then... then..." She leaned over to whisper in Balthier's ear. "...He went down on me."
Balthier quirked an eyebrow, crossing one leg over the other to hide the fact that the idea of Vaan's tongue doing such a thing aroused him. "Oh? And what else, hm?" He teased.
Penelo squirmed in the spot, squeezing her legs together. "He made me come and then... then he... you know... did... it..." She blushed, getting damp at the thought of it.
Balthier rested an arm across the back of the sofa, behind the teen. "Mm. <I>It</I>. A rather vague word that seems to get the job done." He gave her hair a playful tug. "And it hurt, hm?"
Penelo flushed more, giving a slight nod. "A little bit. Not so much hurt as... felt funny, afterwards, like an ache in my tummy." She said, pressing her hand against her lower stomach. "Here. And he managed to bruise me, but I don't remember how or when."
Balthier's eyes darkened. "Bruised? Allow me to see it?" He tilted his head slightly, looking at her face.
Penelo gave a nod. "Okay. It's a little sore. I guess he must have nudged me, or we probably fell into furniture when we went upstairs or something." She pulled up her t-shirt, exposing the dark bruises across her stomach.
"Pardon my intrusion." He murmured, reaching out and pressing his fingers to the bruise. As blackness leaked from it, he swore, shifting to stand. "This is not right!!" He snapped at thin air, moving to pull on his pants.
Penelo winced as Balthier pressed on the bruise, letting out a pained squeak. "Balthier?" She asked, worry making her voice quiver.
"We shall have to cut this short, I'm afraid, my dear." He murmured, pulling his clothing back on. "You and I need a word with Fran and Vaan." He added.
Penelo scrunched up her nose. "I don't understand... What about the clothes? And why the sudden change? Did I do something wrong??"
"No, I did. The clothing can wait." He murmured, buttoning his shirt and slipping on his vest. "I have done something... truly dreadful."
Penelo blinked at Balthier, pushing herself to her feet. "I don't understand..." She repeated, worry dancing in her eyes.
The pirate slipped on his shoes and grasped her hand, leading her along outside, ignoring the manager as he spoke, heading straight for the Sandsea, knowing they'd all end up there at some point.
