Who: Aerith and open
When: Afternoon
Where: Between the boundaries of Midgar and Edge
What: Selling her flowers.
Rating: TBA
It was the afternoon hours of the day, Aerith was selling her flowers between the welcome sign to Edge and exit sign from Midgar. The flower girl remembered from one of her "dreams" that Midgar was completely destroyed during the events of Meteor, so a new city was build away from the old city. Luckily she came at a time that the people from Edge were slowly returning to Midgar to rebuild because it seemed as the city was getting too crowded for so many people. Aerith thought that selling her flowers between the borderlines of the two cities was a good idea. She knew it might be dangerous, but she could take care of herself if anyone caused her trouble.
So far, she had sold a few flowers and two flower bouquets, so she was doing a good so far. Aerith didn't know where the idea of selling the flowers from the church came from, but she was having fun selling them. Plus, it was a nice way to make money. If only she could piece together the reason for doing any of it. Why did it all feel so familiar?
"I shouldn't get too caught up in this...I'm sure I'll know sooner or later," she told herself with a smile. Aerith knew she had to be strong for not only herself, but for Xion too. She wasn't going to let her roommate down.
"I just need to keep on selling~" she told herself again as she went back to work on selling those flowers.

Date: 2010-02-09 07:37 pm (UTC)There were conflicting memories he possessed of her. In some, he had murdered her because she tried to stop him. In others, she was merely one of Cloud's friends who rarely got in his way, or was a force counteracting his will. It all confused him greatly, which pleased him not at all.
Sephiroth strolled down the streets of Edge, his glamour again covering him. It had been blown thanks to Denzel, but what were the odds he'd run into yet another person with Jenova's cells in their system?
The streets seemed familiar, yet so distinctly not. However, the closer the got to Midgar, the more his mood lifted. Here was familiar territory. He could only hope that flower girl was there as well. It wouldn't hurt to have both her and Ms. Lockhart in his grip. Cloud would suffer all the more for it.

There was a tall man walking through the streets, but what got her attention the most was the powerful force that she felt from him. Aerith knew almost immidiately that the man walking down the street must be powerful because his energy was extraordinary. The flower girl decided to follow that energy because she wanted to make sure that it wasn't a threat. Some heartless had very strong energy, but this man's was much higher than a normal boss heartless. Carefully she followed that energy, so she could see who it belongs to.
"Extraordinary. If Leon or Cloud were here, then they would be worry about this power," muttered Aerith to herself while she followed that energy.

Date: 2010-02-10 07:11 pm (UTC)His mind worked frantically to find a way to draw her closer, to some place where she would be forced to contact him, yet be unable to escape. He spotted a clearing where a marketplace of sorts was set up, and a smirk rose on his lips. Perfect.
Sephiroth slipped into the crowd, easily blending in, and waited for her to draw closer. If she couldn't see exactly where he was, he could get the drop on her instead.

"Oh no, I lost him," muttered Aerith to herself with worry clearly seen on her face. She continue to walk through the crowd trying to find him, but the large group of people, the planet's frantic cries, and the different types of energy were blocking her sences.
"How do I get out of this?" asked Aerith as she looked around until she found an opening by the alleyway. She headed towards the dark corner to take a small break, but she kept a close eye on the crowd.

"How much for a flower, flower girl?" he asked, giving her a level stare. He had wanted to surprise her from behind, but this worked just as well. He wanted to see her shock.

Date: 2010-02-12 03:57 pm (UTC)Sephiroth?!
She was clearly surprised to see him because Cloud left Radiant Gardens to chase after him. His fight with him was the last time that she saw Cloud because he dissapeared along with him. Then again, there were other memories that were coming to mind. Somehow she was having memories of chasing after him with a group of people, he began to control Cloud like one of his puppets, and he stabbed her from above also came to mind.
What are these memories...? When did any of them happened?
Aerith was starting to have another headache, but his question caught her attention. Did he really wanted to buy a flower from her? Somehow she doubted he wanted to do that, but she gave him a small glare.
"It's worth 5000 gil, sir" responded Aerith with a bit of anger in her voice. She couldn't help ask him, "What are you doing here? Where did you take Cloud?" Clearly she's going to be following the memories that she trust and those are the ones from Radiant Gardens.

Date: 2010-02-12 06:12 pm (UTC)He let a darker look cloud his eyes then. Clearly she had no idea he'd taken Tifa, which worked for him rather nicely. However, he wondered what it would be like to let her know.
"Oh yes, and Miss Lockhart says hello. I almost forgot." He had to resist a chuckle. That little remark was sure to set her veins on fire.

Date: 2010-02-16 04:30 pm (UTC)When he said a last name that she didn't recognize, Aerith thought about the last name for a couple of moments until the image of Tifa flashed before her eyes. He had Tifa? How? Then the thought about Denzel came to mind, she did see pictures of Cloud and Tifa together with him and another little girl. Does that mean Sephiroth was the one that took his mother, Tifa, away?
She was definetly glared at him and said, "You didn't..." Aerith wasn't going to forgive him for this. "Where is she?!" demanded Aerith because she wasn't going to let him get away with any of this.

Date: 2010-02-16 04:37 pm (UTC)"However, that's not important for the time being." he said, taking another step closer to her. His catlike eyes flashed as he gave her a dark look. "Tell me something. Are you memories conflicting? I could have sworn I ran you through at the Forgotten Capital."
He tried not to look too desperate for the answers. His memories were unreliable thanks to being adrift in the Lifestream for so long. For someone who normally was sure of what he spoke of, having an unsure element in the mix was all the more maddening.

Date: 2010-02-16 05:33 pm (UTC)She took a step back when the silver hair man got closer to her, but she noticed that he might be pushing her to a wall. Aerith began to form a plan, so he couldn't surround her so easily.
A surprise expression appeared on her face when she heard Sephiroth's questions about her memories. How did he know about that? Ever since she came to Midgar, she's been remembering certain things that she hasn't ever experience before, but they felt right. She remained silent before she asked him, "Why are you asking such a silly question? Don't tell me that you're the one having memory issues, hm?" She began to wonder about his own memories because it was odd that he knew so much about her. Has he been spying her? Or...maybe he's going through the samething as she. It was best to keep her mouth close for a bit and figure out the situation first.

Date: 2010-02-16 08:46 pm (UTC)"So you do have them then. How delightful," he chuckled darkly. While it didn't answer his question, it certainly shed some light on the situation. Neither of them could remember the other concretely. At least it wasn't just him.
"Rest assured I will give Miss Lockhart back some day. Maybe soon, maybe far off in the distance." he said before stepping back. "Though I will be a bit sad to let her go. Her screams are like the finest of a nightingale's songs."
He began to meld back into the crowd, eager to leave her to her thoughts.
